Meet the team

Michelle Ann Iking

Michelle was a C-suite head of HR whose expertise lies in talent development. She was certified to coach and facilitate corporate leadership programs for a global multinational and now runs her own corporate training and coaching consultancy.

She noticed that even the most talented professionals often struggled with mental clutter and competing priorities, which hampered their effectiveness on the job.

That’s when she designed the CLARITY pillar of The Confidence Curriculum.

Daphne Iking

Daphne is a seasoned Public Speaking and Communication Coach and facilitator with a rich background in media. With extensive experience as a television host, actress, and producer, Daphne leverages her deep understanding of media dynamics and public speaking engagements, to coach professionals in mastering public speaking, effective communication, and on-camera presence.

The way we speak and listen is deeply rooted in our cultural experiences, and nonverbal communication plays a crucial role too. When your spoken words and body language don’t align, people will invariably trust the nonverbal cues over the verbal ones.

That’s why she designed the CONVEY pillar of The Confidence Curriculum.

Geetha Suppiah

Geetha is the Managing Director of The Met Grand Salon, and a seasoned trainer in grooming and etiquette with a passion for elevating personal style and professionalism. Her expertise in colour analysis, corporate grooming and etiquette, and customer service training makes her a sought-after consultant, blending timeless principles with modern insights.

In her corporate career, she worked with technically brilliant professionals who struggled with their professional presence, stalling their career growth. Their attire lacked credibility, and they were perceived as lacking the gravitas needed for high-stakes environments and senior roles.

That’s when she designed the CHARM pillar of The Confidence Curriculum.
